Privacy Policy

Last revised on September 22, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how AspireDev ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information about you when you use our website (https://aspirefit.in) and the tools, services, features, and functionality offered on or through our website, including our gym, fitness studio, and facility management platform, biometric attendance integrations, and subscription billing services for our product, AspireFit (collectively, the "Services").

For the purpose of this Privacy Policy, AspireDev is the data controller for your account, operational, and website visitor information. In addition, when gym and fitness facility operators manage member profiles and attendance data on the platform, AspireDev acts as a data processor on behalf of those operators (who act as the data controllers for their member data). "You" and "your" refers to you as a visitor, gym owner, staff member, or user of the Services.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By accessing or using any of the Services, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not access or use the Services.

1. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last revised" date at the top of this page, post the updated version on the Services, and provide any additional notice required by applicable law (such as by email or an in-platform notification for material changes).

If you do not agree to any updates to this Privacy Policy, please discontinue your access and use of the Services. Continued use of the Services following notice of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
